①Nitetronic strictly protects your information security. All data collected by Nitetronic Smart Pillow and Nitetronic APP are stored on the personal smart phone device corresponding to your account or on the Nitetronic data cloud, so that you can quickly access the same content in different ways or between different devices. We will not view your content stored on our partners' servers. The personal information we collect and generate in the United States will be stored in the United States.

②When you choose to synchronize data through Nitetronic APP, we will collect data related to your sleeping habits. The data mainly includes: your head position on the nitetronic smart pillow, snoring time and low-frequency sound patterns, etc. So that you can use the Nitetronic APP Data analysis .Display mode are carried out on the cloud and Nitetronic data cloud.

4.Function points and their corresponding permissions

①Sleep data synchronization, data recording, snoring reduction and sleep aids require storage- reading and write permissions, microphone recording permissions, speaker permissions, location information (network positioning) and precise location (GPS) information. When you connect the nitetronic smart pillow device via Bluetooth, you need to authorize the use of location information to ensure that your mobile phone can be quickly paired with the smart device and successfully connected.

②Network Information: Information about your wireless and mobile network connection, such as your service provider and signal strength.

1. The app is not intended to attract children under the age of 16. By using the APP, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or a minor over the age of 16.

2. The APP is not designed for children under 16 without parents or legal guardians.

3. About Nitetronic We may collect, store and use information about a child. Such collection occurs when you create a Nitetronic account on behalf of your child, or when you allow your child to use a Nitetronic pillow. 5. If you wish to prevent further collection of your child's personal information, you should deactivate their profile and uninstall Nitetronic from the device.
